Postage + Returns

UK Shipping:

Orders are shipped on within 3 working days via UK Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class.

Postage time may be disrupted due to UK Bank Holidays where Post Offices are closed.

If you're purchasing a gift + require your order to be shipped a little quicker, please let me know upon ordering or send me an email at rootandweave@outlook.com.

Customs + Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs + import taxes that may apply. Should any customs delays occur, Root + Weave is not responsible.

I gladly accept returns + cancellations:

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery + post any items back within 14 days of delivery.

For any cancellations, please contact me on the day of purchase.

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personalised orders

- Handmade Poetry Prints

- Cacao (if opened)

Conditions of Return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
